Fry the top of the bun until golden brown, grease the bottom bun with soy mayonnaise.

Put the patty, cheese, Iceberg lettuce, chopped pickled cucumbers and tomatoes on the bottom of the bun. Brush the top of the bun with BBQ sauce and close the burger.

Heat a pan over medium heat, cook the patty on each side for 5 minutes until golden brown.
