Add seasonings to the pan and fry for a while.
Add defrosted Welldone mince and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Heat up a pan, cook onion and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring gently until softened.
Add red beans, blended fresh or canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Stew for 5-7 minutes.
Put the finished chili con carne on a plate and decorate with cilantro leaves.
