Shape defrosted Welldone mince into two small patties. Heat up a pan, place the patties in the hot pan and cook 3-5 minutes per side, constantly flipping until golden brown. Put the finished patties on the vegetables.
Cut salad and herbs, put on top of the patties and drizzle with 1/3 of the sauce.
Mix vegetables in a bowl. Make a sauce by mixing salt, pepper, yoghurt, lime juice and olive oil. Season vegetables with 2/3 of the sauce. Put on a plate.
