Heat a pan over a medium heat, place the mince without the stretch film in the pan, cook until golden. Cut into 5 strips.

Randomly chop the vegetables and mix with the strips of fried mince. Add salt, mayonnaise, mix ingredients and put on fltabread.

Place defrosted Welldone mince on a stretch film, cover the mince with a film on top. Roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Roll into the shawarma, folding the edges.
